Employers can use the BFOQ to justify <a href=\"https:\/\/domore.in\/oldworkplus\/hr-glossary\/hiring\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>hiring<\/b> <\/a>or promoting individuals based on age, sex, religion, or national origin.
